I had the fortune to visit Svaneti in 2016.

For me, Svaneti is a planet that astonishes and inspires. It is a separate, self‑contained world hidden behind the walls of mighty mountains. Its scale is impossible to convey. It exudes a торжественная (majestic, solemn) and mysterious beauty.

Small, cozy, and unpretentious, Svaneti lives in remarkable harmony with nature. The textures of the mountains and towers, the triangles of rooftops, and the snow‑capped peaks. The clarity of the air, the delicate threads of mountain trails, and the rushing rivers. It is the joy of touching something pristine.

Willful, with rapidly changing weather, Svaneti retains its monumental grandeur and impregnable beauty at any time of day or night.
